Sex in a slum, or at least a run down building, by a bunch of longhaired guys that complain about their situation in spite of all the foreskin they have to play with.
The dialogue in the first basement scene provides the connection between all the other silent scenes like this was a collection of unrelated films tied together for the benefit of a video.
